We discover and document processes as they run today, identify where time or information is lost, and land both the problem and the technical solution that resolves it. Solutions architecture defines the path: an application on a CMS, a custom build, an integration between existing systems, or whichever combination fits.

Design
research · ux/ui · design systems · accessibilityThe interface decides whether a system gets used or worked around. We design for the two audiences that matter: the people who use the product every day and the people who administer it after launch. Research, information architecture, prototyping and documented design systems, with accessibility as a delivery requirement rather than a later audit.
Includes user research, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping, interface and admin panel design, documented design systems, UX writing, and WCAG / WAI-ARIA conformance.
Code
platforms · integrations · ai and automationWe build with whichever tool best solves the problem: enterprise CMS, decoupled applications, custom development or automation on top of what already exists. Business rules are implemented in the system —validations, states, permissions— so consistency doesn't depend on manual supervision. AI accelerates the build; architecture and code review belong to the team.

Deploy

Migrations and platform upgrades run with zero data loss and a rollback plan.

How we work
Technical debt, constraints, users, and what the brief doesn't say. Every project starts with a functional specification approved by business; scope changes are negotiated against that document.
Architecture, design and engineering in cycles, with regular client reviews. Business rules are implemented in the system: validations, states and permissions live in code and configuration.
Post-launch support, performance monitoring and platform evolution. The infrastructure stays in your account, the code in your repository, and the operations documentation with your team.
If we can't sustain a requirement with quality, we say so in the proposal, with alternatives.

monocromatico operates from Mexico City, bringing design, technical, management and digital marketing expertise under one roof: UI/UX design, solutions architecture, engineering, project management and campaign operations.
Design is where we come from. The studio grew out of graphic design practice, and that training shapes how we work: we treat typography, visual hierarchy and interface detail with the same rigor as system architecture.
We have worked on projects for Fortune 500 companies with international reach —global retail, aviation, pharmaceutical, banking, education and healthcare— and our track record includes global coordination: distributed teams, multiple countries and different languages.
AI is part of how we work at every stage: we automate what is repeatable so our time goes to what demands judgment. Efficiency doesn't replace care — every delivery goes through human review.
