Replicating one site per country multiplies maintenance cost and makes the platform diverge: six versions of the code, six security update tracks, six ways of publishing. The challenge was serving six countries from one platform without sacrificing local editorial autonomy or per-market performance.

Code, configuration and content types are shared across the six countries; content, menus, taxonomies and permissions are local per market. One platform, updated once.

Decoupled frontend in React/Next.js

The presentation layer consumes content via API and renders with Next.js, focused on performance and per-market SEO: metadata, routes and content localized per country and domain.

Editorial operations per country

Each local team publishes with its own workflows and roles —promotions, products, news, legal content— under the global brand guidelines defined in the platform. Structure guarantees consistency; content keeps local autonomy.

Unified deployment pipeline

Drupal security updates, platform changes and frontend releases run through a single CI/CD pipeline covering all six countries, with coordinated per-market deployments when needed.
